چکیده
Non-annular accessory pathways are rare to encounter in clinical practice. We present a case of right atrial appendage posterior ventricular outflow tract pathway patient with Wolf-Parkinson-White Syndrome. N/A A 26-year-old male structurally normal heart and syndrome was referred our lab for electrophysiology study catheter ablation. He had two prior studies one unsuccessful ablation attempt what thought be an anteroseptal pathway. Baseline delta wave inferior axis negative lead V1 (Figure 1A). Orthodromic atrioventricular re-entrant tachycardia easily induced occurred spontaneously during the procedure. Activation mapping sinus rhythm showed earliest activation 1F) distant from tricuspid annulus. Limited performed at this site did not alter conduction. Intracardiac echocardiographic imaging 1B) revealed closest tissue appendage. With pacing, 1D) distance 25.5 mm signal 1E). The signals were fused 1D). radiofrequency using 25 W initially up-titrated 40 W, pre-excitation eliminated. local EGM initial separated. After waiting period greater than 30 minutes no further observed. There VA conduction after elimination. Adenosine given resulted complete AV block. Final ECG 1C). At month follow up he recurrence palpitations or tachycardia. Of limited reports on ventricle hearts, most failed attempts. suspect is likely due under recognition non-annular pathways.

Catheter ablation of a concealed accessory pathway between the right atrial appendage and the right ventricle.
Catheter ablation has become the treatment of choice for symptomatic patients with accessory pathways (acP) that connect the atria and the ventricles. For the most part, these connected both cardiac chambers at the level of the atrial-ventricular rings, although occasionally they are located at a certain distance from these, in unexpected places and generally unexplored. We present the case of ...

A12-year-old previously healthy girl developed syncope when walking at school. When she was seen in the emergency department, her heart rate was 115 bpm, the precordial impulse was active, and a thrill was palpated. Third and fourth heart sounds were heard. A grade 4/6 systolic ejection murmur was heard at the left upper sternal border. The chest x-ray demonstrated a mildly enlarged, globular h...
متن کاملRight ventricular myxoma causing right ventricular outflow tract obstruction.
Cardiac myxomas are the most common neoplasms of the heart. They can be located in any chamber of the heart but frequently in the left atrium. In this report we present a patient who had been treated for a right ventricular myxoma originating from the interventricular septum and leading to right ventricular outflow tract obstruction.

We present a case of 13-year old girl with structurally normal heart referred to our institute with history of repeated episodes of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia of six months duration. The polarity of the delta waves suggested a right anterior or anterolateral accessory pathway (Fig. 1). The study was done under CARTO 3D electroanatomic mapping guidance, keeping the possibility of ep...

Methods Steady-state free precession (SSFP) imaging was performed to assess ventricular function, along with tagging. Black blood T1 and T2 weighted fast spin echo sequences were acquired for tissue characterisation and phase contrast imaging was used to quantify blood flow. First pass perfusion imaging was performed during the administration of gadolinium and finally Late Gadolinium Enhancemen...
